Providing stellar service to address any issues that may arise during a guest’s stay.

Collaborating with third-party vendors or maintenance contractors to promptly resolve guest issues during their stay, such as cleaning, maintenance, or improvement concerns, and/or arranging for work needed with contractors and the property homeowner.

Prospecting for new homeowner properties that are the right fit  (homeowner/and the property) for our growing boutique selection of vacation homes is a crucial and multifaceted aspect of our business strategy. This process involves identifying, evaluating, and establishing relationships with homeowners who have properties that align with our vacation rental portfolio and the needs of discerning travelers. Prospecting allows us to diversify our vacation home portfolio, ensuring that we offer a wide range of options to cater to various traveler preferences and needs. It allows us to  offer fresh and exciting options, attracting a broader audience of vacationers. Careful prospecting ensures that we maintain the quality and consistency of our vacation homes. We can assess potential properties for their condition, amenities, and overall appeal, ensuring they meet our standards and align with our brand identity. More properties mean more booking opportunities, increased occupancy rates – both of which in turn lead to higher profitability and revenue generation (and higher commission).
